We are passionate about providing our Loan Originators with the mindset, skill set, and habits to #thrive and succeed.
How do we do this?
By giving you access to coaches who care just as much about your success as their own.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a unique relationship whereby the coach provides a judgement free zone where a person can work through what holds them back from living the life and doing the work they were meant to. Whereas training is designed to instill common knowledge, coaching is used to build a salesperson’s abilities based on her unique development needs.
Coaching is not giving advice or telling someone what to do, it is listening intuitively to what a person is saying (or sometimes more importantly, not saying) and asking the right questions so that they can uncover blocks and create systems to overcome challenges that will uniquely work for them.
Are you growth oriented in your thinking?
Are you using the tools at your disposal to push your towards success?
Are you consistently doing the work necessary to achieve your goals? Are you saying no to the unnecessary?
How does it work?
Coaching at Princeton is proactive and regularly scheduled and is tailored for each salesperson depending on their needs and desire to improve. In weekly 1:1s, the coach and originator will review weekly and quarterly goals and work through the Mindset, Skillset, and Habits that will lead to success. Using metrics, the coach can then help determine which skill development area will have the biggest impact on an originator’s performance. We then customize the coaching plan to that skill area in order to execute ‘metrics-driven sales coaching.’
Example coaching topics include:
Setting Effective Goals
The Assumptions, Limiting Beliefs and Messages that are holding you back?
Where do you want to be in one year?
What is draining your energy and how can we remove those blocks?
